Timothy is an excellent Real estate professional! He knows his job very well! He was able to navigate through this tough market. He researched the market value of my property that I was selling, and counselled me on what to list it for, and what it would probably appraise for. He also was able to help us find the right property to buy, and the price that would land us the acceptance of our offer. At the last minute the buyer for my condo couldn't perform, we were at risk to lose the property we were buying. Tim went through all the offers we'd received and found us another buyer in just 24 hours! We were able to close in less than14 days and concurrently close on the other property! He really knew what to do and was so amazing at pulling everything together! I am very grateful!

Overall, everything went smoothly. It was a new lesson for me that the "sales price" is not the actual price due to the buyer continuing to request for more credits and the inspector typically finds repairs that may be costly. All are important aspects to be aware of when selling your home.
